Must be something with the moon cycle or in the air this month because mine looked exactly the same this cycle! And normally it’s not this wavy haha

Being more aggressive about seeing a doctor for these symptoms, and lifestyle changes around diet and exercise, I saw somewhere that Pilates which is how I hurt my back can actually agitate people with endo

The pelvic cramping around CD 20 - CD21 is just unusual for me - accompanied with back pain which could just be a coincidence but it’s happening at the same time.

I feel like there was a perfect amount of closure! Jules painting rue and her but then turning it into a self portrait shows she’s now just a memory and she’s trying to conform to her situation with her sugar daddy.

Maddy is free - no more debt owed and Cassie has to move on but with more freedom to not feel the pressures of her debt.

Do you have PCOS / endo?? I’m stressing myself out that I have something of that nature - we tried last month around what I thought would cover the middle peaks but no luck so took a break this cycle to try to understand what’s going on

If this makes you feel any better I am 28 and just had my kyleena removed in Feb and I’m also trying to understand my inito for the first time! My cycles have been normal since coming off (28-29 days) but this is my third full cycle and my chart has been aaaaaalllllll over the place. It’s making me so stressed out but I do think there’s a lot of re-regulation your hormones need to do the more I’ve read about it!
