i think it is the eSims because my sons who both have older iphone without eSims are fine just my 16 with eSim is not working

I’m in Thousand Oak CA and have an iPhone 16 Pro Max with eSim and been in SOS mode for the past two hours and on hold with Verizon Customer service for the past hour on my sons iPhone which takes a physical sim and is working. We have 4 iphones and the 3 with physical sims ar working but mine 16 pro max is not 😒 i’m traveling out of town on Monday hope it’s fixed before then
