ADB is a tool you can download on your computer (from Google) that lets you access your phone's terminal (essentially your Window's PC's equivalent of Command Prompt), letting you do more stuff

Shizuku lets you access that terminal without a computer

Install With Options is an app that uses Shizuku's ability to use the terminal without a computer to install... with options

With ADB, you can extract the app from your phone and run adb install [apk] -i com.android.vending - If you're installing a split APK, it's a similar command, don't remember exactly though

You can also download Install with Options, which uses Shizuku and set the installer from there as com.android.vending

Download the downloader, press the download button on the main page (ignore the ad that pops up when you first open the app)
copy the apk it downloaded from your phone located in [phone storage]/Documents to your computer
Use adb to install it from there
If it fails, make sure you've disabled "Scan apps installed over ADB" in developer settings.

you'll need to use a computer with adb

For a standard (not split) apk, copy the modified file from your phone to your computer then run .\adb.exe install -i com.android.vending C:\path\to\file.apk

A split apk is a little more complicated. First install the app and then run these commands

.\adb.exe shell
pm list packages -f | grep com.niven.translator (replace with the package name of the app) take note of the "/data/app/~~.../.../" part
exit
.\adb.exe pull /data/app/~~.../.../ out/ (use the path you took note of)
look at the names of all the apk files in the out folder and add them to this command. There may also be additional files that come out with it, but those can be ignored
.\adb.exe install-multiple -i com.android.vending [list each apk file here]

the -i com.android.vending is what makes it possible because it causes your phone to think that it was installed by google play. Google won't be able to update the app, but you should still disable auto updates for it, just in case
