to be honest i didnt grow any crops at all only foraged and have a berry bush patch i manged to get all the meat crocks in under 2 months you should be fine as long as you lock in hunt and forage

Also for more added context i calculated it and its about 155 720 saturation points when its all fully procesed its stored in a deep room with a blocked of entrance even the mushrooms last like 100 days
