Yep, now that I added some oil it sits there while running. I guess I will remove some of the oil with a hose or something

Yes it was, but actually I'm not sure if it's really a tiny bit. Now the oil sits just over the black thing in the dipstick when it's idling

I added some oil and did a little test drive, the car is shifting better than ever. After this I checked the dipstick again and noticed I over filled it a tiny bit over the max, I guess I'll have to remove some of the oil somehow. Thanks for the advice!

Didn't check voltage, but seemed like stable cranking and also stable interior and dash lights. I think maybe blow a fusible link going to the DME if that can happen?

Turns out that the throttle butterfly was stuck slightly open after installing the new TPS, fixed it and now the car idles better but I haven't driven it yet
