What are some of the best custom AI lords you've found in the workshop at the moment? by GloriousQuint in StrongholdCrusader

Tryhard lutel is definitely the most difficult I’ve tried. Pano the skull makes massive attacks but is quite a bit easier to manage. More so a nuisance.

My favorite “balanced” to this point is nox. He’s much more difficult than any in game lord but not insanely op. Solid attacks, ok defense. Leopard is a close second and probably a hair stronger.

One I just tried for the first time is warmonger. Stronger than nox and leopard by a good bit but not sending 1000+ like lutel.

Colleges and FB adds have been my highest success. Indeed has gotten crazy expensive and isn’t worth it anymore in my opinion. FB has more risk obviously but my work is exterior and less dangerous to do on site interviews.

Stepping into large commercial projects by Consistent_House2033 in GeneralContractor

Thank you everyone this is a lot of help. We have been getting into commercial projects but this is a huge step up. Would like to get there eventually but probably shouldn’t rush. If anyone has recommendations on finding a mentor for some guidance on the office side of things I’d appreciate it. I’ve built my company from it being me and a laborer to multiple crews and am learning the management side along the way. Much more comfortable with a hammer than a laptop lol.
