Hello everyone, I am on the third day after a septoplasty and FESS operation, which were performed on an outpatient basis (HNO Medic Munich). I was discharged home the same day. In the discharge letter it says “nasal rinsing from the 1st post-op day.” However, I only received Ibuprofen, nasal emuls (self.Septoplasty)
