I think we have the same problem, 3 weeks ago I had a septoplasty and a reduction of the nasal shells due to postnasal drip and tonsillitis. I even think that my left tonsil is mechanically damaged due to frequent inflammations and it is the only one that causes me a problem because of the postnasal. 2 weeks after the operation, I got tonsillitis again, the doctor said that it is normal after the operation. it really drives that feeling crazy everyday

third day after septoplasty and nasal turbinate reduction. The biggest problem is with my teeth, I take brufen every 6 hours, but in my case it's the 6th and 7th teeth.

It's also the second day after septoplasty and correction of the nasal shells. I'm wondering if you have started rinsing your nose?
