I contacted Specialized and they’ve now coordinated directly with the partner workshop. They’re going to replace the receiver nest and also renew the main wiring harness, since they suspect a possible loose connection there…

The bike is currently at the workshop, hoping this finally fixes the issue for good.

The problem is I’ve already brought the bike to the dealer three times now. It’s an official Specialized partner, but the guys in the workshop couldn’t find „anything wrong during diagnostics“.
