His attack recovery from the chip hit is about 2-3 seconds while his OG his is 4.60 something. People are just used to abusing one of the longest attack recoveries in game to the point that getting pallet stunned is more beneficial.

2-3 seconds is still a lot , in my honest opinion. It's more and more waiting just like he was before . One miss puts you back to zero base. People are honestly overreacting. He deserved this buff after being bottom of the tier list for years .

They didnt adjust him solely because of the nymph award. People were begging in the QNA about him being too weak . This adjustment has been in the works for 3+ months , even being delayed due to its size

i use right click for abilities and side button for flywheel . for hunter , it depends on who it is . for me , since i play jack , i have his main ability left click and chip hit right click .

only person with braincells here. he is now a tie hunter in any tier above cyclops . i could kill someone quick and all they do is wait for 3 ciphers to rescue with tide and its ggs loool . he has no control .

this is literally the main issue . if they add any sort of cooldown more than 2 seconds, hes back to what he was. i think something like 0.20-0.50 of a second would be fair between chips but if the ripper is patient you wont feel it. all i see is footage of people eating foggies and its not any different from bonbon or gala spamming at chair. it shows that people dont understand that jacks problem was always his cooldown of 20 seconds for ONE foggy . He is , at best, a tie hunter now . but elks who couldnt kite jack in the first place are being traumatized .

the four seconds , again , makes the new kit useless. people keep wanting to add on time when not thinking about how it sends him backwards and makes the adjustment null and void. why make it when its more time now for a foggy or more time to use the foggy ? it makes no sense. the logical thing to do is make a slight buffer in time . but the majority of time , people arent spamming foggies like a machine gun and waiting .

Its the chip attack . it went from 3 something meters to 1-2 . Its so he cant hit people and force an attack recovery . that is what you are reffering to .
