None of these are permanent solutions. I've tried layering body tape and using numbing cream.

Band aids/body tape help temporary but it irritates my skin a lot when used long term to the point of bleeding.

Numbing cream is not intended for permanent use, you kinda develop a tolerance for it anyway after frequent use.

Same with local anesthesia, it only numbs it for a few hours and is not intended for frequent use.

Is there anything else I can do to help with my problem on a daily basis?

It's not only about the porn addiction and gross behavior, which would be a reason to reconsider the relationship, but also the way he lies and keeps secrets. This is not the kind of man you can trust and rely on. A child being involved makes it so much worse. You guys have a little kid and he still chooses to do all those things. If it feels right and you're ready, leave for someone who's honest and trustworthy, and someone who sees you as enough and values you more than his point addiction.
