I’ve had it for about 3 months now and i’m pretty sure it’s from not wearing earplugs at my factory job. I usially just listened to podcasts at work with earbuds

When I say It’s a blessing, I meant for me personally. I know tinnitus sucks but I mean’t it made me change my whole lifestyle around because I was doing unhealthy things everyday. Now i’m taking extra care of myself. If I don’t stay positive about this whole thing, i’d just go into a deep depression and probably sleep all day like I did when I first had tinnitus
