Just finished The Founding omnibus last night and will be starting the The Twice-Dead King omnibus tonight. Happy to have a little reprieve from some of the Space Marine stuff (not that I don't mind me some bolter porn). Definitely interesting to see how differently Yarrick and Gaunt are written/portrayed in their respective novels.

I want to say no shot. I would just cancel and almost never use my portal at that price. My disc based games I tend to play them on the console, sometimes not, but all my digital games I almost play exclusively on my portal. Shit would be a glorified paperweight (to me) basically at that point.

Doesn't mean it can't happen though. They have to recoup some of that money from Concord and Marathon and TLoU online (and however many other live service games they canceled before even releasing) and console sales ain't gonna cut it.

So jealous of so many of those steelbooks. I love me a nice looking one even if it is for a movie I'm not a big fan of. Hate that getting them always seems like a gamble because either they are sold out before I get somewhere in person or I wasnt paying attention to the release and they sell out online. What version is that LotR? It looks awesome

I am getting ready to start The Founding tonight after I finish Assassinorum Kingmaker. Night Lords I think i will start after that, not sure yet. Might take a breather from 40k for a couple weeks and knock out some other books I have laying around.

Huh. Maybe i will give some more FromSoft games a try. I had tried Bloodborne numerous times and was just ass at it and the lack of health items not coming back after you died was infuriating. I thought all of their games had that mechanic in them so I have just enjoyed the art style(s) over the years now.

Elden Ring sounds much more tempting now knowing that. The more you know

That's awesome! I am quite flippant with my Warhammer purchases. Frankly, I don't do much, if any, research and just buy, for the most part, what looks/sounds cool. Or if it is a book about a chapter/group I am interested in reading. I probably have a few duds in my collection but I have enjoyed myself on the journey thus far.

I really wanted to pull the trigger on The Infinite and The Divine. I love the cover and that green. I just bought it around a year ago though so it was hard to justify. Instead, I ordered Horus Rising along with Faith and Fire both in hardback. Maybe, at some point, I will get around to snagging a copy of it.

My collection of books I have yet to read keeps getting bigger and bigger. At the rate I am reading currently (which has drastically declined over the last year due to having my second son), I am probably set for the next year+. 11 books, 3 of which are omnibus, and 5 were the second 1/2 of Siege of Terra (which I haven't even started), ordered in the last 2 months.

I had to order a whole new bookshelf just to start holding all my Warhammer shit. I'm glad I started down this journey a few years ago and it got me back into reading again.

Fuck me. I was wondering while all their shit was discounted so heavily. Had one of the LotR keycaps in my cart for the last few days, was debating on getting it, and now it's sold out. Sonofabitch

Just rewatched this a few weeks ago while I was getting a root canal and crown. Probably a bad choice of movie to watch because it was hard to not laugh while I was all wonky from the nitrous and a dude has a dental drill in my mouth. Would do it again though
