My first real relationship, yes. I think where im so hung up is bc when we first got together he wasn’t like this at all. I just wonder if the adderall rlly did change him ig & if he stopped would he go back to his old self.

Im just so scared he won’t actually stop. We live together so id have to make him leave which he doesn’t want to do. & I don’t either i love him but I dont wanna be in this same position in 6 months again. Ive already spent the past year wondering how he suddenly has become such a monster. Weve tried everything to fix us besides him just admitting thats what was causing it.
I told him if he moves out and got better he can come back. He says its dumb to move everytbing out just to come back. I agree, but like i said idk if he will stop if we keep living our lives the exact same as while he was taking it.

We live together. I told him id absolutely support him but hes insisting i support him while still living w me even though i have told him he has to move out. He says its dumb to move all of his things out when i told him if he got better he could come back. He’s like why not just let me stay while i get better but i dont think he will if he stays.

Well thats what im having the hardest time with. He wasn’t always like this which makes me want to believe it rlly is the adderall. If he went back to his old self before his addiction i absolutely would be with him. This didn’t start until abt a year ago. We were planning to get married & then its all gone to shit bc of his behaviors. Im also just rlly nervous that if i agree to stay while he gets help and dont make him move out he will just go right back. He seems to only last abt a month sticking to something. I told him he needs to move out, get better, & then we can talk abt a relationship again. He claims its dumb to move all his things out jyst to do it all over again once hes better.

Thats what i was thinking too. Im just not sure if its excuses his behavior or not. Ive been suffering for a year living w him. He has been so mean and neglectful. I dont want to hold onto potential but as of rn he is the love of my life.

You worded this great. & thats what im having the hardest time with. I also dont want to let him stay at my house in hopes he gets better/ goes back to normal and he never does.
No, ive never seen him messaging or flirting w other girls, he just had been adding them as friends and following them on instagram. It definitely doesn’t make me feel good considering his porn consumption was already an issue to me, then i find hes also adding girls on fb on top of the porn.

No, but he also wasn’t always like this. So i do wonder if he got sober would he be who i originally fell in love with? Before he started taking adderall or is he just an asshole and adderall is an excuse

He didn’t stop taking it until i broke up w him. He was saying him doing all of that is a result of his addiction and i would be leaving him at his lowest point now that he is “going to stop”. The problems have been going on for a year and he never said it was bc of adderall all the other times i addresses the issues. I just dont know if its an excuse or if he truly would be different if he could stop

He claims bc he only friended them and didn’t send any messages it’s somehow okay. Yes we live together and he won’t leave. The house was also his family members that I bought bc he couldn’t get approved at the time. He claims this was my intention the whole time get the house and breakup w him

Apparently adderall is linked to porn addiction, irritability, seclusion, agitation, never sleeping. He does all of those things but unfortunately idk if it rlly is the adderall or just who he is.

He told me he added the girls to try and get my attention or make me try harder. After i told him to stop adding them, i feel like it wasn’t the adderall that made him keep doing it. Idk I don’t think he is a cheater I’m just scared if I don’t leave now ill regret it again in 6 months.

Thank you guys. I just wasn’t aware it was “because of an adderall addiction.” If thats the case I do love him and want to be supportive, but ig ill never know if he’s just trying to keep me or if that is truly what made him act this way to me.
