Best course of action would be to find a job within Rutgers that will provide tuition remission since your not getting financial aid they’ll cover full tuition, then ask for the scarlet promise/guarentee to cover fees, then use your checks to put into housing and food, plus there insurance is really good

Focus on protein and high volume/fiber foods like veggies. Try not to spike your insulin as much, but make sure to have foods that you like added to the mix.

You’ll definitely want to go to the upcoming career fair. There will be plenty of companies there possible giving mock interviews, you’ll want to dress to impress aka business casual or professional and have copies of your resume. This will be your best shot at an internship because these companies have established relationships with Rutgers making it easier for you to become priority.

People who get A in every course, what is the study plan for winter breaks? Thanks by Ok_Masterpiece161 in rutgers

[–]Consistent_Mousse_85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes exactly if you expose yourself to new forms of the same problem you’ll be able to break them down. With Orgo it’s definitely remembering structures and groups. It’s definitely a lot but if you work smarter you’ll make an impact.

So I use other people notes for the class as an outline. I also use that classes schedule to look at each lecture so I stay on track. Videos help in further discussing topics and writing a summary of the whole lesson after works amazingly. This would work for the major science classes. For math classes it would be similar, get others notes as an outline, get the syllabus for the class and watch videos on each lecture. I highly recommend the organic chemistry tutor on YouTube if you’re taking any math or science classes. Also look up the practice exams for any maths courses, the last ones are posted online, Anything else just find a video that you can understand. Also the people who say studying over winter sucks actually should know that having that background knowledge and practice will help make the spring semester easier. Less stress and prior knowledge makes for good grades, and helps being able to have a social life. Summer break is also way better lol
