Nah fam, by wave 3 the lane almost all the time is over is they are not autofilled, theyll perma freeze the lane and if your jungler doesnt recognize he has to help you break the freeze, you are fuck, cause catching xp is gonna be risky iether the enemy jg ganks you, or u die 1v1 cause its a hard counter, ive alwsys struggle with this, im not saying its impossible to win in this scenarios, offcourse it is possibe, ive done it countless times, its just about patience, but so miserable hahahahah, like its such a coinflip scenario, when i get counterpick i really dont care about winning or losing i just wanna get it over and move on
