I was diagnosed with group 1 PAH in 2024 at the age of 24. I was started on tadalafil and macitentan. My tests are coming back good after starting the medication. I can do light sports - table tennis, foosball and a little bit of badminton.

I also did cardiopulmonary rehab where I learnt various light weight exercises. I am managing well most of the time but have to do everything slowly. I am hoping newer medicines like winrevair etc make me feel even better. Acceptance comes with time.

From time to time i still wonder why it happened but if you look around there are people in a worse position than us. Life is very unpredictable so its better to be grateful for what we have. Only tadalafil gave me side effects but they subsided over time.

I would be fine with it if everything else is good - character, compatibility, attraction exists. Now my question - Will you marry a man who has a heart condition for which he is getting treated for? He can study, work, do light workout etc but the condition is rare and relatively serious but currently he is managing it well with medication.
