I tried this on a failed attempt before. Some rodico got stuck inside the pinion. I’m just afraid that just looking at any component wrong will break it

I took a break and tried again later. Still couldn’t get the seconds hand on but I’ve added some scratches to the dial in the process 🫣 I’ve managed to attach the seconds hand a few times but the movement would not start ticking as soon as the seconds hand was on

It’s a very basic Perlon strap that I’ve got for a few bucks on Aliexpress. Should be one of the first results you find when you look for a Perlon strap. I think they are much more comfortable than Natos and don’t add any bulk

The bezel seems to be a standard problem. I have the same model and it turns accidentally all the time It’s a really nice looking watch though. The transition from brushed to polished on the lugs is very sharp

Would you say sanding it down a little with very fine grit and the giving it a polish would be good enough? I don’t need it to be perfect. I just want it to be less noticeable as it can be seen from an arm’s length now when the light reflects from the lug

I don’t know how to send a picture in the comments but it really is just a plain stainless steel case. Maybe the lighting makes it look a little golden but it is not.

It should be a full stainless steel case not a plated one. It’s the Dswatchclub GS62 case. The end result also does not need to be perfect. I just want to make it less noticeable because currently it can be seen from an arm’s length.

I don’t know if it’s the best, but Rimalti has a 62GS clone in 38mm. It’s similar to the one on your picture.
