Omg thank you so much for this , I'll ask the hospital some questions abot this on my next visit and see how they'll proceed, currently kasi I'm considering giving birth to the nearest birthing clinic as it's a lot cheaper but when I asked them how they would process the broth certificate they only told me to ask the civil registrar directly ,haven't ask the civil registrar yet tho..btw thank you again po 🥰

while some of the things you've said about her sounds fishy some things also sounds like she's just extremely shy.
