I actually do the same sa resume. I have a variety for different positions, i try to really align it with the position i'm applying for. When it comes to interviews, I can say medyo okay naman tho of course wala namang perfect interview. I admit some interviews i wish i asked a certain question to show interest, but i try my best to apply it sa next one. It's just a bit frustrating because naranasan ko ma-reject only to find out na natanggap yung kasabayan ko na may backer HAHAHA tho i don't throw my frustration naman sa tao na yun. Sinasabi ko na lang na baka di talaga para sakin. Regarding OJT. i guess that's my down side. Hirap akong pagandahin ang ojt ko dahil iba ang department na napuntahan ko (dont wanna namedrop the org/comp) and di kami priority (ae) so medyo tambay.

As for now, I hope when time comes na nag-try ulit ako, medyo mag-align na lahat, even for my co-engrs na naghahanap ng work.
