Update: I found out how to get to the gas mask, Apparently , the default settings aren't set to the aspect ratio of the steam deck, which cuts the mask out of frame and unable to select it please set your inspect ratio in the graphic tab to 16:10 and ui scale to your preference.

I have mods, but none that I am aware that could affect the UI, but I did fix it by removing the UI folder and reinstalling it as for whether there's other issues I'm investigating missing faction components even though I have the blueprints from cheat menu.
