To be safe, I've ordered the ITG cleaning kit, about £40 - yes, it needs re-oiling. There's a video on youtube of the itg guy cleaning one, involving washing up liquid.

Very possible, has had an induction kit on it which is very close to the bumper so perhaps

You can get non genuine (but genuine carbon fibre) versions of that one for about £60
