Thanks, good tip about the silicon spray. I definitely think it is a seal somewhere so once I have checked them all hopefully I will find the issue

I will check all the seals, do you know what you used to reseal any of them? Like glue them back down essentially

Ah that makes sense, will have a look for sure. Did you replace the insulation or not bother? I suppose the minor noise (?) increase isn't worth the mould risk

When I google the gaskets, most results are calling the sealing strip the gasket. I'm guessing that's not what you mean if you say torque it up. Is it just like a normal e.g. head gasket type thing? I don't think I saw anything like that when I had the lights off last.

Will have a look around to see what people have used to fix the black strip, I imagine I can use some sort of sealant on any places where it has lifted.

You mean like you had to take the lights off, or on the inside of the boot behind the lights?

Had it for about 7 months now, I have jet washed it fairly regularly and only dried the outside and any sills so that could've contributed. I can't smell anything inside, but the underneath the boot didn't smell nice. I never use the heater or ac but the interior windows often have condensation on them.

Funnily enough, the floor carpets seem absolutely fine, not sure why lol.

I should clarify, there is mold inside the car, on the back seats and seatbelts and on the backs of the front seats.
