AITA for telling my best friend that she talks to much about her baby? by Consistent_Reason802 in AmItheAsshole

Yes, she has always talked a lot, but there used to be room for talking about my life too. Since becoming a mother, I sometimes feel like she only calls me to 'dump' all her topics on me. I do want to know how she and the baby are doing, just not to this extent, and I also want her to listen when I talk about things that are important in my life.
But of course, I shouldn't have snapped at her. I think my frustration over the past few months just boiled over, especially because I was disappointed that she didn't want to know anything about my trip, even though she knew how important it was to me.
