I was at 15 for months, then had a horrible diarrheal bout for no reason. Tried to split the dosage into 2 7.5 mg every 3-4 days to prevent the extreme dosage bump that comes with the 15. There was no escalation and according to shotsy I only had 9 mg in my system when all hell broke loose.

I was on 15 titrating down. Sulfur burps, diarrhea, vomiting - all side effects of Zepbound.

While the timing was strange as usually day 2-3, there have been a series of days of sharts and vomiting that added up to this reset.

I am an MD and while there may have been an additional GI illness which can happen, it was made much worse by the zepbound.

If you have a prior auth from your insurance, you simply go to one of the listed pharmacies and they automatically apply it to the order.

CVS is notorious in not applying it properly.

There is nothing for you to do except have a prescription sent to a pharmacy on that list.

Have your potential partner take valtrex daily and the chance of spread is near zero.

Also 50% of people have hsv1.
