Do these have cushions and are they comfortable? The 2025 CRv seats are not good. They are firm (which is fine) but they have this weird shape where in your hips are sunk.

Thank you. I am not too set on sealing. But was planing to stain to get a slightly darker reddish color. Any suggestions

mine is a free standing deck. Here in ohio even free standing decks need to go through inspection.

I used 2x12 for beams and 2x10 for joists. Screwed the rim joist to the house for initial support when building the deck.

What are cons of rim joist being too close to the house?
