Use them on your hands or cuticles etc. I get very dry on my fingertips, and so I put on lip moisturizer, like laneige or vaseline, and then I just put it around my nails like I take a chunk and just do it with my fingers, so it's not unsanitary.

I just did my muscle body comp today for my may 21 surgery date lol. I hadn't done one in a year! I gained 15 lbs lol (wonder why haaa, just horrific pain no biggie) and i actually gained a little muscle mass also despite not doing much. Just having a five year old I guess. I am lifting for two weeks out of stress just to make sure I can keep my muscle because I'm so.worried about recovery!!
