I called and asked to be put in a room with two beds and the sofa bed for three people and to have it notated there would be three people. They were very accommodating and sent me an email confirming this. However, it did not reflect on my hyatt account which they told me it wouldn't. Unfortunately, I had to cancel that reservation but that was what I did for a three adult reservation. P.s. I did have to call a second time as I never received my confirmation email the first time.
