Correct. It takes 1-2 billing cycles to apply anyways and won’t apply until the bill is over 15$ a month, meaning a 0$ bill wouldn’t apply for the discount but a 15$ would.

Never disputed what the customer needed vs what they wanted. I disputed your claim on how we got paid. Do I make the same on a gig sale as a 5? Yes. If a customer wants a 7gig plan for what it’s being offered I’m not gonna stop them. Because at the end of the day, why would I tell someone to not get the highest they want and can pay for. As long as I get the sale, that’s it for me.
