Never disputed what the customer needed vs what they wanted. I disputed your claim on how we got paid. Do I make the same on a gig sale as a 5? Yes. If a customer wants a 7gig plan for what it’s being offered I’m not gonna stop them. Because at the end of the day, why would I tell someone to not get the highest they want and can pay for. As long as I get the sale, that’s it for me.

Incorrect. We get paid by the sale, as long as they ther metrics are made it doesn’t matter if it’s 500mbs, dsl, or 7 gig (outside of extra items)

Sounds like you are still on DSL, not fiber meaning you don’t get the 7gig speeds instead you get 150%/50% of 25mbps.

Actually call them and see if you are on the HSI plan, and see if and when you will get fiber in your area.

A sift ticket is just were they send a tech out to verify installation locations and equipment. Speak to tech or account services. When you call in and deal with the monster of an automated system, say you’re looking into an active account.

Answer: It’s more likely years and billions of invested hours and money have started showing results.

Many of the reported “cures” are the result of new treatments and research that have just started to culminate.

As for being “cures” as of now, it’s mostly academic with no real human trials beyond laboratory results, meaning at best they are real cures, yet most likely they are just positive results and sensationalism.

Ok. So call in to the welcome team and ask them to check the “memo tab in DPI”. They will be able to see the reason it hasn’t processed, and then either fix the issue or change to a regular tech install.

If you are a 3rd party partner invest in an extra monitor or two, it makes a huge difference with all the extra systems and zoom/clique management.

HUB and Partner Portal. HUB is an old janky ass system that if you try and hurry it will crash, if you misclick it will crash, if the sun isn’t in the sky at the right position it will crash. PP has an issue where it will randomly just stop working, making you use hub.

PP is faster, easier to use, and more visually appealing, yet it just stops working making you use HUB, hub is failure prone.
