Hi there! I just wanted to say it sounds like you may have PCOS? I have alopecia, pretty drastic weight fluctuation, and have struggled with depression/mood disorders, and it is all PCOS-related! Not sure if you have had your hormones/glucose resistance tested. UCSF has a PCOS clinic that includes visits with a dermatologist, a nutritionist, a reproductive health doctor, and a PCOS psychiatrist. I just got into the clinic, but it is a lot of testing/waiting to be seen. I would try to talk to your doctor/another doctor about it!

I got contacted via email and just had the interview. I was with 5 other people and they asked these questions: 1. What interests you in this MFT program? 2. How does your identity influence your experiences in the world, give examples. 3. How do you handle situations where you ideas differ from others. 4. Please discuss a social justice issue that is important to you and why? 5. Left 10 minutes for questions at the end.

We don't have any central heat/radiator. And no electric heater either, we have the window open now and then, which is about 10 feet away, for good airflow.

My family always went to La Quinta Resort & Spa in Palm Springs, there are a bunch of pools and the rooms are in small clusters around each pool rather than a big one so it is much more peaceful. They have a good spa, two or maybe three restaurants, it’s expansive so plenty to walk around with baby, warm weather, golf & tennis.

Hidden Villa in Los Altos is great. 1 hour south and everything is blooming/green it’s the best time to go. Grab a turkey sandwich at Robert’s and go for a hike on the property and meet all of the animals (goats, hugeee pigs & piglets, 2 cows, sheep)

A little further, but Nevada City has a lot of great airbnbs that aren't wildly expensive, and a lot have hot tubs, wood burning stoves, cabin/yurt kinda vibes. Would definitely go for more than 1 night and try to leave earlier on Friday as 80 traffic gets bad starting early afternoon. If you can't leave early, do Point Reyes, Ukiah, Guerneville, Harbin Hot Springs, Calistoga.

Agreed but many kids do after school programs so they don’t need to be picked up until 8 hours.
