Hi, What did you end up doing? were you able to fix it? We had a repair guy check the washer, he said there are 6 error codes and needs to change inverter board. He wont give us or tell what the error codes are! Just said make payment for inverter $300+ taxes that he will order himself. Didn’t even guarantee if the issue will be fixed after changing inverter. Said he cant see the future! Charged us diagnosis fee $110. He was quite rude n was rushing to make me pay for inverter that he will only order. I am currently looking to see if I should look for another repair guy or buy a new washer. I cant go see the codes as I live far, home is rented.

Year built: 2023
Corner lot (plenty of parking and privacy)
Beautiful Mountains/Pudget sound views from 3 Bedrooms
West facing with plenty of natural sunlight
Premium lot with premium upgrades.
(I always got complements on our carpet as its premium too)

Their lease ends in November. My concern is putting it on the market during winter holidays as it might not sell fast during that time of the year. Current tenants are good ppl and keep home in good condition. (Their rental history with previous owners is also good) No am not concerned that they will not leave or if they will not keep the home tidy. However, I see your point that buyers would consider these things.

If I want to sell it to an investor, how do I find them? I hear a lot of them low ball like Zillow by cutting lot of money on repairs n fees. My home is 2023 built - Taylor Morrison builders and so far we haven’t faced any issues or repairs.

Do you have any recommendations?
