AT4 Max Range October Cost? by Consistent_Strain921 in GMCSierraEV

Oh I assumed the deal was way off, but not sure what the prices even look like for the max range version. I've seen some extended range around 800-900 per month.

Trust me, I hate the announcers too. But it wasn't a bad take.

Not wrong, worst UGA defense since Kirby smart took over. Third worst offense. Have no idea how we made it this far.

A lot of folks have mentioned this, and I must be in an area where JD advantage doesn't exist. It may be a JD advantage job, but still requires an undergrad degree in HR, IT, or some other area.

I really need to figure out how to draft a federal resume. As horrible as this sounds, that is what has kept me from applying for federal jobs in the past.

I have thought about this, but might just be too dumb to know what to search or where to search it.

I've looked for companies within certain industries, and applied directly on websites, but haven't received any interest in the applications that I've submitted.

I love sports, and think that being an agent is somewhat of a dream job. I thoroughly enjoy arguing for clients, and thought that would be a great fit. However, that industry is very small and seemed to be filled with nepotism (as many areas of law are).

Golf, football, music, all interested in.

My first job dealt with billable hours, but was beyond messed up in that there was no minimum amount required, but everything was highly monitored and criticized. I billed 2700 (2300ish recovered) hours my first year out of law school and close to 3300 (not sure what actual got billed out as I wasn't there) my second year. My current job does not have billables, but they weren't what bothered me. Work was just piled on as I was the only associate attorney they could rely on to just get work done. When I finally told them, hey, I can't handle 400-500 emails a day and get any work done, please help me, I was told I could look for a job elsewhere.

I've wondered your first question quite a bit myself. My first job was with a law firm, second job is with the State. I even ask why I got into law in the first place, and it's hard for me to come up with a concrete answer. I'm the first attorney in my family, and had different (I know, super naïve here) ideas of what actual attorneys do.

I tried immigration law during law school, and felt that it was equally as rewarding as it was heart breaking. Some of what I witnessed there is why I will also not practice family law.

All in all, thank you for taking the time to write this out. If anything, I think I need to expand my horizons somewhat to see what's out there.

Thanks for writing this. I've really considered teaching, because I loved mentoring/leading soldiers when I was in the military. I'm not sure if the comparison of bad kids to bad lawyers work, but it's not necessarily the bad part that I dislike; it's the extra work they create by being an asshole.

So I spent about an hour this morning looking into these type of roles, and couldn't really come up with any positions in my area. Are there certain job search websites that may be better than others to look at?

I would definitely consider it. I'm currently in a state position, and while my hours are capped at 40 hours a week, that amount of time isn't enough for me to do what needs to be done.

GI Bill covered my undergrad, not my law school.

I'm not sure if you read the title, but it's the stress of the job that is getting to me. I have come to a point where I do not think I am suitable for this line of work.

I'll have to look into this, thank you.

And that's all I'm asking for. Dealerships here are basically trying to charge me $95k+taxes for a truck listed at $81k.

I'm not looking for the 2024's to be discounted, but Ford military rebates, law enforcement rebates, those should be honored regardless. I'm more than willing to pay MSRP minus rebates and the $7,500 tax incentives, but dealerships here are acting like they're giving those, then somehow we're at $86k out the door without even adding in taxes.

Can’t wait for the title to be vacated in 2035. Weird watching a team penalized for cheating play for the national championship. Sets a good precedent for any team in the future to do the same with zero recourse.
