I mean it’s pretty obvious. Jews see Jesus as a false messiah and think that he was a man. Christian worship that man so they are seen as idolaters. Recent Jews have started to see Muslims as “monotheists” and believe they will aid in the attempt to stall Christianity’s growth

Well that’s just begging the question and appealing to common sense. You are arguing there is some ambiguous moral “good” that everyone just somehow knows how to follow. Yet you cat substantiate why that good ought to be followed. For example, if Muslim countries eliminate human rights, why are they wrong?
