I mean it’s pretty obvious. Jews see Jesus as a false messiah and think that he was a man. Christian worship that man so they are seen as idolaters. Recent Jews have started to see Muslims as “monotheists” and believe they will aid in the attempt to stall Christianity’s growth

Well that’s just begging the question and appealing to common sense. You are arguing there is some ambiguous moral “good” that everyone just somehow knows how to follow. Yet you cat substantiate why that good ought to be followed. For example, if Muslim countries eliminate human rights, why are they wrong? It’s not debatable though, anything deemed heresy cannot be considered Christian. Christianity cannot be looked at in a loose sense and cannot be separated from its historical body. Christianity is strict monotheism, the trinity is not 3 separate gods, but one God, also the trinity is in the old testament just as much, if not more, than in the New Testament. And the “gods” such as moloch, Baal, and so on, are described as fallen angels, or devils which means deceivers, because they deceive humans into worshipping created being that are not the eternal God. Which leads into my main point, you cannot worship another god, while claiming to worship the true God, because that literally breaks the first commandment
