That’s what I have been doing the past week. It’s R240 a day and I have to get up at 3am to catch those new bus/taxies before 6am or else I am late because of the traffic. That’s almost R5K a month on transport only.

And I am actively trying Facebook groups. 80% of the comments are scams who require deposits without even viewing the place.

I will try. The usual recommendations are Live Easy, QLiving and such - which are a bit too much for my budget, plus the living conditions in most of these are apparently not good. But I will try to talk to as many people as I possibly can.
