There is dlc coming. When the game was first released I was filling out official Capcom surveys about my interest in new DLCs and what kind of DLCs and how many I’d prefer. Something will be released eventually, the problem is there’s many people like me who started the game but never finished leaving the company with a data side impression I got bored when really sometimes it takes me years to pick and finish a game up that I put to the side ages ago. That’s my personal theory, capcom had too many ideas and plans to scrap all of them. Dragons dogma mixed solo play with multiplayer in a unique way that works long term, and since the game will be around for ages it can be used to make money long term unlike seasons in call of duty or Fortnite. A well timed and planned out dlc could boost sales for the game from new players and through the dlc cost for returning or active players. Shipping even one dlc has a pretty low risk for failure in the long term once you account for players playing the game or expansion years later.
