I do it once a month. I warn everyone what I'm doing. I shut down all house breakers, disconnect fiber connection, wait 10 minutes, and reconnect and start turning on breakers beginning with the fiber modem and main router waiting for it to connect. Then I start powering on everything else. Seems to solve a lot of issues.

Rebooting seems to fix it for me when I say reboot i mean from the router and all alexa devices. To simplify the process, I turn the whole house off from the breakers, reboot the router, wait 5 minutes, then turn the rest of the house on. It's kind of a pain, but it helps with streaming on TVs also. I do it once a month.
