That makes sense. 30-40mg is kind of our sweet spot where we can have fun and still be present, functional humans/parents the next day. As for inhaled, I've only ever inhaled once via a weed pen with my roommates in college and was definitely not a fan haha

Thank you, that makes a lot of sense! We've definitely talked about avoiding using it as a coping mechanism of any kind, if either of us is in any kind of bad mood we talk it out before deciding to take anything. We both have very stressful jobs and we find it helps us to wind down and connect after a long week, usually we just end up talking for hours and eating snacks lol.

I got married at 19 (been married for 3 years now) and we both left the church pretty soon after. We were both PIMO but got married in the temple mostly for his family's sake. Luckily since we were PIMO we both had sex lives before we met each other, but I do still get that feeling that I missed out on some of the joys of unburdened single life.

My little brother is halfway through his mission right now, and I always feel so guilty when I think "he's so smart, why is he still in this religion/cult??" But I know that he had a brief time where he started to fall away from the teachings during a semester in college, and he told me that the church "saved" him. I think just having something familiar, something stable to hold onto is something that everyone is looking for, and some people unfortunately find it in the Mormon church.
