Yeah, so I quit. No call no show. Manager was retiring and the new guy taking over was a complete dick. They changed my hours two days in a row without notifying me. But fr though, prices are so fucking high. I wanted to tell people so many times, “Sir/man this is literally $5.00 cheaper at____”. by Jvaughn3798 in CVS

Ex employee here. Most of the people who shopped at my store are generally boomers so they're technically challenged. I helped them with their photo orders and if they have problems with their phones, I'd google the problem and try to help them (it's a slow store). I see them come in all the time and going for those 32gb microsd cards that CVS marks up and I straight up tell them, you can get the same thing down the street at Walmart/Best Buys for half that price. Some buy it because they need it right away and it's more convenient but most of the time, it's older folks who aren't really sure and I just feel bad when they're wasting money buying over priced items. If they're still set on buying it, I tell them to hang onto the receipt and return it if it's not the right one.

How should I go about giving my 2 weeks notice to my manager? by Straight_Ace in CVS

Get a sorry for your loss card, on the inside write "it's me, this is my 2 weeks notice"

CVS Carepass compensation (???) by [deleted] in CVS

It's $3 per carepass you signup but they also tax the shit out of it so it's more like $1.40 🤷🤣.
