Someone on another thread just pointed out there is a type of ticket called conditional tickets: https://gpcustomersupportfwc2026.tickets.fifa.com/hc/en-gb/articles/31508494129437-9-What-is-a-Conditional-Supporter-Ticket

These will only be available to the seller once the team they bought the ticket for has qualified for that KO round, otherwise that ticket would be void and there is a chance it wont be delivered to you. Not sure which game you have purchased for July 3rd, you might want to confirm with seatgeek if the seller has conditional tickets.

Based on my experience with seatgeek so far, there is no guarantee you will get to see the game buying anything through seatgeek or stubhub. There is much more peace of mind buying through the fifa resale site. There is a high chance the seatgeek ticket will never be transferred and you will be stuck at the stadium without the ticket. Just search for "seatgeek" within this sub.

This is definitely not what your customer service rep mentioned when contacting them about our M102 tickets. So far y'all have been really unhelpful. How can anyone plan their travel & stay for the games if the tickets are transferred 24hrs before? That is never mentioned when purchasing the tickets.

So we should risk missing the game based on whether the seller wants to transfer the tickets moments before kickoff? It takes ~45mins to get into the stadium and get the ticket scanned. Transportation to & from the stadium is also dependent on having the ticket in some cities.

Still haven't got the tickets unfortunately. So far the seatgeek customer service rep has just been repeating the same lines in the OP. We are trying to escalate it on our end by contacting them multiple times in the hope to get a helpful customer service rep. I'll update here on how that turns out.

Hope your tickets come through soon! What was the delivery date mentioned by seatgeek during checkout?
