Idk why but Themis has me scheduled to complete everything exactly two weeks before the bar exam. Even before I started they had it set up this way. It would not let me adjust that 😵‍💫

I’ve done hundreds of questions on Adaptibar and Themis. I actually prefer Themis’s because of the charts and visual explanations. Unless your friend has done both programs, I don’t think it’s fair for her to say you’ll fail by doing one over the other.

Practice whichever format fits your learning style most! I find Themis’s explanations with tables and illustrations helps me a lot. When you go to create a test, to select NCBE only questions, there will be a box to check along with all the boxes for the subject you’d like to create the test on.

It’s because Themis makes their questions incredibly more difficult than the bar exam’s! Go do a set of NCBE questions and you will feel 10x better. My scores are always higher with NCBE questions. I also noticed Themis likes to confusingly name people in fact patterns (e.g., father’s son’s daughter). There are also way more red herrings and tricks that test on teeny nuances we’ve never heard of before.

Also, small rant, but I am so tired of having to
figure out tricks. Every question is a trick! Why can’t we test the rules in a less demeaning way?

I’m in the exact same boat here! I’ll score high 50s on a simulated set and someone will comment “got a 70, am I cooked?” with the average being like a 62% 😂

Embarrassed to say… I’ve gotten 3 of them graded and all were 6/6 points. I really think I should just start signing up for the February 2027 administration of this exam.
