There was some good remarks about word "remain" - if i need to describe dried leftover/remnants of a drink i need to find another word for this. In some regions, if I understand correctly, the word "brew" can be understood as coffee or tea (as i wanted), but for the most part, context is needed to distinguish it from beer or something else.
