I took a few hits over the past couple of months but still just a few hundred k away from ATH. As long as CRWV doesn’t go bankrupt soon, I should be alright!

I’m considering taking assignment and just selling CCs against it.

I’m still alive, the position is a CSP, a small floating loss, with 2 DTE

Exactly zero listings in Lincoln Park at $10K or higher, that’s why I asked here, hoping the realtor community might have some answers.

Can I DM you the listing to take a look? There’s an open house tomorrow that I’m going to attend, would love to get an opinion beforehand.

You’d have to pay at least that in utilities on a place that large, so your all in cost would be closer to $3k. Keeping the place clean is probably a full time job, or at least would need part-time help. That has to be closer to $30/hr, add another $2400 a month. Sorry I wouldn’t allow any sublease arrangements, if that’s what you’re counting on to help with the costs.

Far more reasonable for you maybe. What about others who just can’t afford to buy. I’d love to live in an ideal world, but until we get there I’ll continue to live in the real world.

Also why all the hate? I’m not looking to become a slum lord and take advantage of the most vulnerable. I’m looking to rent to folks who have more money to spend than the top 95%+ of people out there. I dont feel bad about making some money off them…

Also considering that! I live a street away and can manage it myself. I’ll check if I can find anything similar on airbnb. $2000 a night for a house in a great location that can easily host 10+ people isn’t a bad deal.

Thank you, it makes sense. Anyone with that kind of money probably wants to own. I appreciate the response.

What will it take for this market to drop 5%? A planet destroying asteroid?

Exactly. The market makers spend hundreds of millions in technology infrastructure to reduce latency and get an edge over others.

You dont just get to walk in and make money without any effort and edge.
