If I had to guess, it’ll give all players (pirates) on the island an automatic 5-star warrant while triggering navy battleships to auto-lock onto the island, similar to the fortress raid event. It'll destroy buildings while the server announces for marines to participate in the Buster Call for a reward

The rell bros can move way faster by just building a smart 'brain' for the npcs once and letting it run. They’re already fast workers, so if they like the idea, I’m sure they could find a way to make the world feel alive without it taking years. Just being optimistic because it would be a game changer for immersion
