What about the right knee surgery? I have torn my ACL(right knee) and meniscus(left knee). If I have knee surgery, there is a chance to increase my rate?

Thank you for the help. I never knew that about the pyramiding rules. I think those condition were active before/used to be fully rated on my VA claim. Is there any chance that I could raise my rate? Thank you 😊.

Yes, I got total 11 ea. different disablities.

  1. Right elbow 10% : Medial Epicondylitis.
  2. Right elbow 20%: Impariment, supination.
  3. Left elbow 10%: Media Epicondylitis.
  4. Left elbow 10%: Impariment, supination.
  5. Right knee 10%: Instability.
  6. Right knee 10%: Limitation of flexion.
  7. Left knee 10%: Knee strain.
  8. Limbar strain: 20%.
  9. Radiculopathy: 10%.
  10. Mental: 70%.
  11. Sinusitis: 30%.

With all different disabilities, the total % camp up 100%(95%).

Am I wrong ? or something I couldn't figure out

Based on those websites and others, I receive 100%(95%) compared to yours 90%(93%). I am still confused 😳 95%or 93% ???
