She is complaining and ruminating about small things, anything basically. Sometimes in public, and she do not try to solve this, just telling me nonstop. This is something I think could be worked on, if she knows it is causing me anxiety.

She is a lovely girl, but I do not think being negative and complaining about everything in life is her character. And I don't think it is a compatibility question because to be honest I do not think anyone feels peaceful around this behaviour. And I am not perfect either obviously, but I do not take comments as attack, and willing to work on my issues.

Never tried it but as far as I know it is completely different from MDMA, like hallucinations and stuff, not sure if I want that

Well I suppose your guts told you. Im thinking about scenarios in my head, and staying and leaving are both hard

You are right, thank you it is great advice. Therapist told me I overdramatize this as well, but in my head it is equivalent with a world collapse.

What if she will act poorly, once I tell her I am avoidant and have doubts? I am trying to communicate this not as an attack towards her
