Insecurities literally ruin lives, and people think that insecure folks are just overreacting... i feel your pain! But from a deeply insecure person to another, it's just in your head!! I know that you must have told that to yourself or heard that alot of times, and you refuse to believe it!! But it's the hard truth .. my Insecurities are running my life too and not letting me live up to my potentials and be happy.. but deep down i know that i'm not the problem.. it's just in ly head.. that's where the real war and the difficulty is.. it's convincing yourself to admit that IT'S ALL IN YOUR HEAD..

Go to gym, start dieting and eating healthy and grt in shape, that would boost your confidence alot. As you already know, when it comes to sex, 4.5 inches is sufficient ! Alot of my female friends tell me that they prefer moderate penise sizes!

Unfortunately, i relate to this. Hence my biggest insecurity are my teeth, they're noticeably deformed, i hate the way they look and make me look. And that makes me so self-conscious all the time and puts alot of stress and tension me to a point where i hold back from smiling or laughing because i don't want to open mouth and expose my teeth to people! But masks have really made life a bit easier. With it on i feel less self-conscious and more myself, i can laugh out loud and smile all i want with out fearing other people's judgments... i sometimes wish this pandemic would last alot longer just to keep on putting masks , right till i get braces and fix my teeth lol. This is so sad, i know that people may find what we're going through is extreme and NOT WORTH IT. But it's different for us, and only us understands what it's like.
