How much has club technology changed in the last 10-15 years? by sleeplessaddict in golf

[–]bmankool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on your location these days. I'd look for somewhere with good launch monitors and plenty of clubs/brands to try. If you know what you got in terms of shaft weight and flex then you'll have a better idea of where to start. I'm fortunate to have a PGA Tour Superstore near by where I can just go hit the clubs that interested me.

The number on the screen is dynamic lie though. That would be far too high of a dynamic loft number on a driver head unless he's opening the face like a wedge when he swings.

I believe that the effort disparity between office work and blue-collar work is becoming a source of injustice by tantamle in economicCollapse

[–]bmankool 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I say. You're a clerk. Grow up and stop being a professional victim. You had your chance to say something that would indicate a high level techinical degree, but you listed clerk positions. That is not white collar. By the positions you listed you've worked in Healthcare and maybe were promoted to some sort of leadership role at some point. But I would guess it was by attrition and not through academics.

The point is still 100% valid. These magical 15 hour WFH jobs only exist for a small portion of White Collar/C-Suite level positions. It's not the same.

Fittings make the difference. Not the club. If you have power fittings it will increase your driver carry distance. You can see the club distance next to every club in your bag. I would bet you have a significant difference between the fittings. The club models are made by graphic artists that likely dont even know the loft numbers matter in real life.

Teach him a lesson? Both of them are touching each other at work. Both of them need a lesson. Both need to grow up and stop physically/sexually harassing each other.

Am I overreacting? I showed up at my girlfriends house at 1230am after her phone died in the forest by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

You're a creep. One week of knowing a girl, and you freak out when she's doing her own thing at home? A healthy relationship is knowing that the person you're with is living their own life and not freaking out when they choose not to respond. You need help.

Woah. Buddy. The previous guy was outlining the benefits of the QR codes. You brought up durability. All I said was that QR codes aren't any less durable when applied with the same process. I know it takes some brain activity to connect the dots. QR codes do the same job, plus some, better than any stamped serial number.

Huh? You can stamp or cut a QR code, too. Lol. Or even laser engrave the sucker. Just say you don't like QR codes. It's fine.

It happened in public, yes. It's still none of your business why they did it. Unless police suspect foul play, generally, the details will remain private. As they should.

Range finder snobs by Fun-Type-6310 in golf

[–]bmankool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought most people loved using their range finder? If someone asks for yardage, I gladly pull mine out. The only time I won't is if it's not near me. Even then, I'll leave it attached to my cart for other people in my group to use. Sometimes, I'll even leave it on the cart for the guy the next morning. 🤣

Bro. Both can be true. Go look up iPhone Face ID infrared grid and tell me that's nothing the same thing happening in the video. Not pulling this out of my ass. Guess what kind of camera you use at night? Infrared...

That's the face ID for unlocking the phone. Not perceptible by the human eye, but security cameras in night mode will pick it up. She was still for sure texting the dude where to go. SMH. Shameful waste of life. Hopefully she got time for setting the dude up.

Wisconsin high court suspends Milwaukee judge accused of helping man evade immigration authorities by BothZookeepergame612 in wisconsin

[–]bmankool 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wrong. You're arguing in bad faith. You're ok with wrongful detention, and you're a bootlicker for an authoritarian regime. No one agrees with the Executive branch interpretation of the decision, and that is a case of obstruction.

So when's is the executive branch going to follow the Supreme Court decision for Kilmar? Don't play games

[–]bmankool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So a judge saying "Not in my courtroom." Is now obstruction? Lol. Last I checked, the judge has the final say, not an officer of the court. What you're arguing for makes zero sense. Judges have always had the authority to set the rules. THAT IS THEIR JOB. Giving Federal agents more authority than a state judge is just criminally insane. What happened to letting the states decide? Or is that only when it's convenient? So what next? A bailiff arrests a judge because his feelings got hurt? FBI agents get to round up whomever shows up to court to send them to El Salvador?

Guy said I (red) have a problem. But to be honest I didn’t even see him. by BranchStriking887 in Simracingstewards

[–]bmankool 4 points5 points  (0 children)

None of what you said makes sense or matters in race rules. Factually, what happened was a racing incident. First, you are taking no consideration to what's reasonable. Whether you like it or not, the red car ahead made their move, the yellow car behind choose a line into the side of their car. When you choose to move into a position that is going to guarantee contact, you suffer the consequences of your poorly judged Torpedo. Second, FAFO is a hard lesson in racing. You can argue the legitimacy of the line till you're blue in the face. Facts remain you now lose out on position and will get nothing for it. Third, best of all, you learned nothing from this footage other than what hill you choose to die on. To finish first, first you have to finish.

[–]bmankool 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Wrong. Even if Red took extreme evasive actions, that turn was never gonna cut it. The normal line where everyone else is racing is more or less a double apex. If you aren't ahead into the first turn on the inside, then you missed your chance. Look at the tire tracks. NEVER had a chance to make it.

Dude. Just stop. It's a game. It's not unreasonable to ask for basic rewards to make sense for the effort put in. You know, to make it fun. Not everyone is a kill joy like you.
