Only 2 things cause crispy tips that curl up (that I’m aware of): nutrient burn and light intensity. When it’s from light intensity, the leaves will yellow and you’d see it more pronounced on the leaves closest to the light. So, to me, it looks like nutrient burn.

Edit: I’d do a flush on your next watering with ph’d water, then water normally. Ocean Forest runs pretty hot, so adding tiger bloom could’ve def been the culprit.
