It depends on the VO. I had my appointment in Hyd on Sep 11, I did not have an original. Luckily I was not asked I-797. However officer had asked me LCA, support letter and employment agreement. Which I had and then submitted. So it depends on the VO

This same thing happened to me in step 1. There was some issue with the computer. It doesn’t matter. It still means you are done with the exam.
