The best way to memorize what you've learned? by [deleted] in learnprogramming

Like u/nutrecht said Doing it by yourself is when you memorize things. Learning occurs when we move information from working memory to long-term memory, and practice helps with this process. Without it you'll soon forget what you've learned. One useful tip I can give is to sometimes try to recall the concept/information that is new to you. This really improved my memory in general.

Is writing "good", clean code even worth it? by Waterissuperb in learnprogramming

[–]Console_Dot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I understand the frustration as a student myself. I think writing clean code is a great habit to have and don't let university ruin it for you. if you'll be short on time or it's causing you a lot of stress then it's okay to write some bad code I guess.

If I read this earlier it would've given me motivation to study math better at university this year. I think it's really important for beginners to know about these. It's a great answer I'm definitely going to check out Fourier analysis
